A handsome rectangular Victorian oak and silver plate sardine or butter dish with a swing handle, fish motif finial, silver plated mounts and a cut glass liner with a star cut base. A crested and a plain cartouche and stands on four bun feet. In very good original condition. (Circa 1890).
